The founder is a veteran in the automotive industry with over 30 years of experience in services. Having worked with automobile OEMs and dealers across India and abroad,  able to perceive and recognize challenges comprehensively, viewing them from the perspective of an end user, dealer, and OEM, and can suggest effective actions. The intention is to leverage his experience and knowledge to contribute to the improvement of service performance at dealer workshops by collaborating with OEMs.
